Early Elementary (K-2) Student Survey • ​ Administered from Kindergarten to 2nd Grade • ​ Eight (8) items read aloud to students • ​ Students rate each item by selecting from one of three response choices: • ​ Yes (smiley face), Sometimes (so-so face), No (frowny face)
