Success Criteria: I know I’ll have it when, ●​ I can identify multiple themes or main ideas in a text from diverse cultures. ●​ I can explain how specific details develop over the course of the text and how they build upon each other or relate to other texts. ●​ I can explain how specific details shape or refine the central idea/theme or how the details relate to the main idea. ●​ I can summarize a text objectively or write a synthesis of the texts, including textual evidence.
