● Gizmos - Mouse Genetics provides students a real-world example to see how we can selectively breed mice. ● Gizmos - Natural & Artifcial Selection simulation can be utilized to show a real-word example of natural and artifcial selection in bugs. ● Article- how artifcial selection works with animals ● The purpose of dog breeds. Students could read about the purpose of dog breeds, and how each breed came to be. Students could then come up with a new “dog breed” that had traits that they defned as desirable.
