Express opinions and preferences about media using opinion expressions and supporting reasons. Ask and answer questions about media, entertainment, and personal experiences using complete sentences and follow-up questions. Describe completed past events using the passé composé with avoir and être. ● Ex: J'ai regardé un documentaire hier. Nous sommes allés au cinéma samedi soir. Describe background information, habits, and ongoing past situations using the imparfait. Compare and sequence past events by choosing between the passé composé and the imparfait to distinguish completed actions from background information or ongoing actions.
