Tier II Math Intervention Guide K-5 (Adapted from the Acadience ® Math Data Interpretation Workbook 2020, pp. 26, 27, & 33) Consider the following suggestions in support of your use of Acadience ® mathdata.

Please use your professional judgment, as well as resources available to you through your school and district math program in addition to the intervention resources. The assessments outlined in this document include assessment opportunities that align to a concentrated number of standards to best develop intervention aligned to assessments. Curriculum Considerations Assuring that math block components are being used with fdelity, Board-Approved curriculum resources Acadience ® Math is a screening assessment designed to identify students who may be at risk. It is not a diagnostic assessment designed to determine strengths and areas of need on all grade level standards. Because Acadience ® Math scores don’t tell the whole story, consider using the answers to the guiding questions in this document and the student’s responses to assessment items along with information from other sources such as observations made during testing and/or class, other classroom assessments, diagnostic interviews, etc. to identify strengths and look for patterns in errors.
