DEFINED Leadership is vital at all levels.The most effective coaches are motivated for student improvement and are deeply responsive to teachers. Coaches lead by expanding their knowledge base, building relationships, designing a strategic work plan, developing skills for coaching conversations, reflecting on actions and outcome data and continuously learning.
