Part 2: IPOPs and Professional Learning Goal Reflections • Teachers must submit a brief reflection of their progress toward their Professional Learning Goal following each formal IPOP. Upon completion of each formal IPOP, an IPOP summary is sent to the teacher within 24 hours that includes a text box for Professional Learning Goal Reflection. Part 3: Supervisor Response - End-of-Year Conference – Goal Status • By the last day of school, administrators review individual teachers’ Professional Learning Goal reflections. • For educators in their summative year, teachers’ Professional Learning Goal submissions and reflections impact their effectiveness rating on Standard 10. Administrator selects the End-of Year Conference Goal Status and may provide feedback to educator. • Full attainment of goal and quality reflections • Considerable attainment of goal and at least one quality reflection • Partial attainment of goal • Minimal or no attainment of goal
