Remind students they can only have one “cookie” at a time and can only pick up the cookie if they tagged the person If taggers tag a student at the same time, they can RSB to see who gets the cone.

Debrief

Return to Home Base and ask the following: ● How did we practice safety in this game? ● How did we change our speeds? Arena/Flag Tag

Show How How to Play:

● Inside the boundaries, spread students out, each with their own set of fags around their waist. ● Everyone is trying to avoid getting their fags pulled and pulling others fags. ● Once a fag is pulled, students must drop it on the ground and leave it until the round is over. ● If a student loses both fags, they must sit down OR go outside of the boundary. ● Students can help pull fags when sitting or standing on the perimeter of the game. The round is over once there is only one student left with one or two fags.

Practice andPlay

Review how to safely pull a fag off of someone.

● Modifcation: Students who don’t have fags can pull them off of students and add it back to their belt. They still may not pick up fags from the ground.

Return to Home Base and ask the following: ● How did you change up your speed during this game? ● What was fun and challenging about this game? WrapUp
