By the end of Unit 7, students will be able to: ● Identify the characteristics of inscribed angles and intercepted arcs ● Justify measurements of circumscribed angles and the associated central angle using correct math calculations ● Find lengths of line segments, arcs, and angles using properties of tangents ● Identify features of circle and their relationship with other geometric fgures and justify why they work using correct math vocabulary such as: ○ Vertical angles, alternate interior angles, radius/radii, vertex, tangent, inscribed, diameter, hypotenuse, scale factor SCAFFOLDING IN ACTION
