MOST (formerly USTAR) Opportunities for Math Teachers

Teachers, with a level 2 math endorsement, who participate in any of the following activities can apply for USTAR funding to pay for additional time spent with students.

Math Tutoring, AP/CE reviews

• Teachers are paid hourly rate up to 40 hours • Teachers must keep track of all time spent with students and submit hours in TrueTime for payment each month • Students must log in on the USTAR reporting form each time they meet with a teacher Mathcounts/math competitions • Coach gets paid hourly up to $1000. • Coach must submit a list of students who participated in the program, plus the dates and times of all meetings.
