The Trevor Project provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth ages thirteen to twenty-four. Its website has information about the signs of suicide and a way to connect online with other LGBTQ youth. The Trevor Helpline is a toll-free suicide hotline that’s available 24/7. TrevorChat offers an online crisis chat any day of the week, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Trevor Text is for texting on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
