Students will be courteous and respectful of each others’ reading preferences. Students will understand books they may not want to read still belong in the library. Students will be able to access and use Sora. (1.1.a, 3.3,3.4)
I can borrow a book on Sora.

Right to read - the freedom to choose what to read, to read in various formats, and to engage in reading for both pleasure and learning Censorship - a person or an institution (like a government) controls what information is shared with the public, including what can be read and what can be published. It is not censorship when parents make rules for their own families. Digital Library - a collection of books, audiobooks, videos, and other materials hosted online and accessed using digital devices like tablets or computers eBook - a digital version of a book, available in electronic format for reading on a computer, tablet, or e-reader

NOTE TO INSTRUCTOR Students should bring their school device to the library. Sora will be more effectively learned if they can access it with guidance in real time. You may choose to show the Sora navigation on a class screen, instead of individual devices; however, this will be a less effective means of getting every student into Sora. 61
