pathways inform ongoing Tier I instruction. For deeper guidelines, cross-reference data with Canyon School District's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) manual. Step 6: Track Intervention Data Collect data daily or weekly regarding specific targets (e.g., procedural fluency, application, or conceptual understanding). Document student growth relative to daily objectives and performance using the rubric with daily tasks, Show What You Knows, and on the sub-unit assessment, and the end-of-unit assessment and/or Performance Task to monitor the trajectory of students’ learning paths. Step 7: Regroup and Adjust Instruction Formative grouping must remain flexible. Make instruction adjustments, often and as needed, and collaboratively as a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Students Not Responding: If a student does not show growth between Assessment A and Assessment B , intensify support: decrease group size, adjust adaptive digital pathway parameters, extend guided practice, or implement high-scaffold strategies during Tier 1 lessons. Students Responding to Intervention: Students who demonstrate concept proficiency and application on daily "Show What You Know" checks or successfully clear Assessment B transition seamlessly back to standard core progression or peer-led centers.
