CSD Science & Engineering Fair Extended Learning Opportunity
Critical Actions for Educators
Purpose: The Canyons School District Science & Engineering Fair (CSDSEF), is a great way for students to learn and demonstrate the Science and Engineering practices through a self selected learning experience. Procedure & Timeline: In order for participants to advance to the University of Utah Science and Engineering Fair (USEF), they must first participate in two qualifying science fairs. Therefore, students should participate
------------------------------- ● Support families by breaking down the science fair into manageable pieces as detailed in the CSDSEF handbook. ● Simplify your fair as outlined in the CSDSEF Handbook. ● Determine who your science fair coordinator will be. ● Follow rules and procedures as outlined in the CSDSEF Handbook.

To Do: 1. Complete the Intent to Participate Form by October 31 2. Select a date prior to January 15 for your school fair 3. Follow the outline in the CSD Science Fair Handbook for specific procedures and protocols. 4. Review the science fair information website. 5.
