Hal does not think this will be fun. He has to slip on his new glasses. He did not have glasses before this. Hal slides his glasses on. Yikes! His glasses stun him! What Hal sees stuns him! Hal can see stuff he did not see before! Hal asks Dad and Mom if he can walk home. Hal hopes he can see stuff. Mom drives the van home so Hal and Dad can walk. As Dad and Hal walk, Hal is happy! Hal spots bugs on plants. Hal did not see bugs before he had glasses. Now Hal can even see bugs have red spots! Hal sees ants. Before he had glasses, ants were just black spots to Hal. Now he holds an ant in his hands. Ants have legs!
